1 Continuous improvement in Agent's Calling process
2 Keep the track record of agents's voice calling, finding loop holes and improvement plan for same.
3 Giving calling etiquette , do and don't, etc training time to time.
4 Making monthly voice quality check records.
5 All other specific works required by the management time to time.
