• Employee Counseling, Training & Motivation.
• Preparation of Training Needs & Identification by Skill Matrix.
• Preparation of Competency & Skill development schedule & syllabus
• Preparing Training Calendar & Coordinating for Trainings with Departments
• Setting KRA’s & PMS with Different Department HOD’s .
• To prepare MIS on Daily Basis
• To manage complete cycle from Hiring of manpower to the Payroll Processing
• System implementation and innovation on shop floor.
• Taking care of process and improvement to prevent the accidents.
• Responsible for 5S in Company Premises.
• Absenteeism and Attrition analysis & corrective action.
• Member of Various Committees (Canteen,Works,Transport ,Sports,CSR Etc )
• Conduct Openhouse Session for workers & Staff.
• Handling & Implementation of TPM & 5’S’ at shop floor
