conducting Exit Interviews and Planning Retention of Employees
cross Checking all the Reimbursement Bills of the Employees
day to Day Hr and Admin Support to Management
handling Esic, Pf, Gratuity, Pt, Lwf, and all the other Statutory Compliances from Time to Time (after Registration)
helping in Payroll Process
handling Attendance Muster and Biometric System
handling Employee Grievances and Resolving Them It Tat
handling Admin Related Work.
mandatory Skills- Good English Communication Skills with Ability to Multi-task. • Confident and Aggressive with Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Hr. • Go Getter with Ability to Work Under Pressure. • Individual Contributor Role. • Behavioural
