To handle the day to day recruitment cycle.
Coordinating with various departments for the requirement
Screening, Hiring & shortlisting of the candidates as per the requirement
Calling the candidates & interviewing them
Documentation of the selected candidates( Offer letters & Appointment letters )
Maintaining the personal files of the employees
Arranging the induction program for the new joiners.
Maintaining the attendance of the employees.
Preparation of Salary, Wages.
Evaluation of the performance of the employees.
Processing the Appraisals of the employees annually.
To manage weekly and monthly attrition reports.
Handling Employee’s Full & Final Settlement, Exit Interview process.
Assisting the HR manager with other HR activities.
