Microbiology of water, hand & product contact surfaces swab, environmental air.

Microbiological data entry and record keeping.

Media handling and consumption record keeping.

Verification of effectiveness of cleaning by allergen swab stick.

Shelf life study of SKU’s.

Handling RMs, PMs & FGs with high microbiological load.

Key Result Areas:

Microbiological analysis & reporting of all the incoming RMs & PMs and outgoing FGs for the compliance.

Handling RMs, PMs & FGs with high microbiological load.

Personal Attributes:

Able to communicate and motivate coherently (both written & verbally)

Good supervisory & planning, & training skills
